- creation and implementation of two new interdisciplinary majors [Philosophy and Computer Science (PHICS) & Psychology and Philosophy (PSYPHI)], the first of their kinds in India
- creation of TF/TA policy [which served as a model for the University policy]
- faculty advisor to Ashoka’s student-run undergraduate philosophy journal Citta
